It started with a frog

So it's naptime in this house (the toddler not me) and I decided to get with the 21st century and start a blog. I like to make things, especially silly sewing projects. I have an ancient second-hand sewing machine that I've had since I was a teenager that is now out of the cupboard, fully serviced and ready to roll.

So I made a bean bag frog (well it's filled with some out-of-date rice). I had some scraps of two lots of green fabric left over from a hungry caterpillar outfit, the eyes are old shirt buttons from the button jar. I made a little cardboard template so I can make some more if I want too. The legs turned out a bit skinny on this one and were a devil to turn right-side out.

I hope you like him...
